Plainly: what we keep, who sees it, and how to change it.
What we keep
The details you give us: name, email, phone, batch, house, city, state, country, profession, organisation, links you add, and a photo if you upload one. Members registered on the old website (2021 to 2024) were carried over. Old passwords were not; we no longer use passwords at all.
Who can see it
- Signed-in members see your name, photo, batch, house, city, country, profession and what you write about yourself.
- Your email and phone are shown to signed-in members only if you allow it. You can hide either on your profile.
- Committee admins see all your details so they can approve members and keep records right.
- The public sees nothing from the directory. We never sell or give your details to anyone outside the association.
We send a monthly newsletter and occasional association emails. Every one has an unsubscribe link. Sign-in links are sent only when you ask for one.
Signing in
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. The website remembers your sign-in on your own device. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Changing or removing your details
Edit them any time on your profile. To delete your record completely, email info@hpsralumni.com.
