This website, www.hpsralumni.com, is run by The Hyderabad Public School Ramanthapur Alumni Association ("the association", "we"), 3-8-152, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500013, India. By using the website or paying through it, you agree to these terms.

Using the website

• The alumni directory is for alumni of The Hyderabad Public School, Ramanthapur. Membership requests are approved by the association's committee, which may decline or remove any account.
• Members may use other members' details only to keep in touch. Using them for advertising, bulk messages or anything unlawful is not allowed and will lead to removal.
• Keep your own details accurate. You can change or delete them at any time.

Payments

• The website accepts donations, event registration fees and membership fees, in Indian rupees (₹). Prices are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A receipt is emailed to you as soon as a payment succeeds.
• Donations are voluntary contributions to the association's charitable work. Where the association holds 80G approval, receipts carry the details needed to claim the deduction, provided you give your PAN.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

Content

News, photos and other content on the website belong to the association or to the people who shared them, and may not be reused commercially without permission. We try to keep information accurate, but cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the association is not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
