Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers payments made to The Hyderabad Public School Ramanthapur Alumni Association through www.hpsralumni.com.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are not refundable once made, as they are applied to the association's charitable work and receipts may be used for tax purposes.

Event registrations

• Registrations cannot be cancelled by the person registering, and fees are not refunded if you are unable to attend.
• If the association cancels an event, the full fee is refunded.
• If an event is moved to a new date, your registration carries over. If you cannot attend the new date, write to us within 7 days of the change for a full refund.

Membership fees

Membership fees are not refundable once the membership has started, which is on the day of payment.

Payment errors

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or money left your account but the payment did not complete, write to us within 7 days with your receipt number or Razorpay payment ID. We will check and refund any amount paid in error in full.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
